Quilting Hideaway was established in
2004. Kathi, the owner, operates the Gammill Optimum long arm machine, while Mike does the web design,
helps Kathi on the technical problems with the Statler
computer system, and handles the financial affairs
of the business. And, yes, we LOVE what we’re
doing! What a blessing it is to wake up every day and do something so
enjoyable and creative…with the added bonus of not leaving home!

Product Information
RETURNS
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with
your purchase, it may be returned within 7 days, unused and in
original condition, for a refund, (excluding handling & shipping
charges. Please include a copy of the original sales receipt
with your order. Sorry, but we cannot accept returns on soiled or used
items. A 25% restocking fee will apply on all returns. Return
shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest
customers send all returns via insured mail for protection in the
event of loss or damage. Returns will only be credited back to the
card used to make the original purchase.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Should you receive a product you believe is defective or damaged in
shipping, please ask the carrier for a confirmation note and contact
us immediately with the following information: your order number,
shipment tracking number, and the name of the carrier.
CANCELLATION
Customers who wish to cancel an order must do so within 48 hours of
their transaction.
If the order is
cancelled after 48 hours the order will be processed as
a return and a 25% restocking & handling fee will apply.
